Welcome to Indigo & Magenta Consulting. By engaging with this website, booking services, or participating in coaching sessions, workshops, or retreats, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Indigo & Magenta Consulting offers coaching, workshops, and retreats designed to support personal and professional development.

These services are intended for educational and reflective purposes. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions, workshops, and retreats must be booked in advance. Payment is required to confirm your spot unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, or event platforms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For one-on-one sessions:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

For workshops and retreats:

  • All registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • In certain circumstances, transfers to a future offering may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Participation & Responsibility

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in the experience

  • You are responsible for your own well-being during and after participation

  • You will honor the shared space and community with respect and care

5. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all participants. Personal information shared in coaching sessions will be kept confidential.

In group settings (workshops or retreats), we ask all participants to honor the confidentiality of others, though we cannot guarantee it.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and frameworks shared through Indigo & Magenta Consulting are the intellectual property of the business.

They are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indigo & Magenta Consulting is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in its services.

By engaging in these offerings, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your choices and experiences.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
