Between Frames

Life design coaching for career shifts and life transitions

At the heart of life design is reframing—one of the most powerful mindsets we practice. It’s the ability to see a problem from a different lens, creating space for new possibilities and more generative solutions.

Between Frames is that space. The moment between how you’ve been seeing things and a new way of seeing that begins to open up what’s possible.

Together, we’ll surface the narratives that may be keeping you stuck, define the challenge you want to work on, and reframe it to create forward movement.

Between Frames is about seeing your life and career with fresh eyes, exploring what’s possible, and designing what’s next with agency and your authentic voice.

Thoughtful, personalized coaching where new perspectives take shape and what’s next begins to unfold.

THE LIFE DESIGN APPROACH

The space between who you’ve been
& who you’re becoming.

Drawing on my experience collaborating alongside Stanford professors in the renowned Designing Your Life model, and 30+ years in global leadership roles, this work is grounded in life design: a practical, human-centered approach to navigating change and transition.

You’re at a crossroads. You know something needs to change. Maybe you’ve felt it for a while—but you’re not sure where to begin, or whether what you’re imagining is even possible.

You’re capable. You’re ready for something more. What you need is the right container: thoughtful tools, meaningful reflection, and someone genuinely curious about what your next chapter could hold.

I know this place well.

Years ago, I stood at that same threshold—accomplished on paper, trusted in my field, and yet quietly untethered. What I found through life design was the practice of reframing: shifting from “What should I do next?” to “What could be possible?” In that space, something opened.

Between Frames was born from that experience.

It lives in the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming—active, curious, and full of possibility. A place where reframing becomes a practice. Where the right question opens a door you didn’t know was there.

If you’re ready to find yours, you’re in the right place.

MY APPROACH & STORY

01
THE FOUNDATION

Start where you actually are

Not where you wish you were. Not where you think you should be. Right here.

This is the only honest starting point, and the most powerful one.

We work with life design practices and mindsets: staying curious, reframing, ideating, prototyping, paying attention to what’s emerging, collaborating with others, and telling your story.

Through these practices, reflection, and feedback, you begin to respond to challenges in new ways that are more aligned with your intent, and more likely to open up possibilities that genuinely surprise and fulfill you.

02
THE REAL WORK

You’re on the court, not the sideline

The real work happens outside our sessions — in your daily life, your relationships, your choices. Between calls, you'll be trying out new approaches, developing new practices, observing yourself in action, and getting real-time feedback from those who see you regularly. Our coaching sessions are your review, your workshop, and your launchpad. We look at what's opened up since last time, work through any breakdowns or challenges, build new skills, make course corrections, and celebrate what's moving.

03
THE INNER WORK

Strengthen your self-awareness

One of the most powerful capacities you can develop is the ability to observe yourself—where you get stuck, where patterns take over, what gives you energy, what drains you, what brings you into balance.

Coaching strengthens this capacity.

Through reframing and self-observation, you begin to notice more—and those moments of awareness become the places where real change happens and new possibilities emerge.

04
THE SUPPORT SYSTEM

Create a nurturing habitat for your emerging self

Part of this work is intentionally shaping the environment around you—bringing people along who can see you for who you’re becoming, not just who you’ve been.

In life design, these are your “radical collaborators”—trusted people who support your growth, reflect back what they see, and help you stay accountable.

Together, we’ll explore how to build a support system that sustains you—not just during our work, but long after.
