Drawing on my experience collaborating alongside Stanford professors in the renowned Designing Your Life model, and 30+ years in global leadership roles, this work is grounded in life design: a practical, human-centered approach to navigating change and transition.

Years ago, I stood at that same threshold—accomplished on paper, trusted in my field, and yet quietly untethered. What I found through life design was the practice of reframing: shifting from “What should I do next?” to “What could be possible?” In that space, something opened.
Between Frames was born from that experience.
It lives in the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming—active, curious, and full of possibility. A place where reframing becomes a practice. Where the right question opens a door you didn’t know was there.

This is the most honest starting point, and often the most powerful one. Together, we work with life design practices: staying curious, reframing assumptions, exploring possibilities, experimenting, collaborating with others, and paying attention to what’s emerging. Through reflection and small, thoughtful experiments, new possibilities begin to take shape.
